CAR RENTAL / NON-SCHEDULED SERVICES Offer- und Order Management All offers and orders are entered in only one screen mask All offers can be converted to orders at the push of a button. All orders can be assigned to automatic billing. The software can create both single and collective invoices. An interface to Microsoft Word is integrated to allow an optimal and individual design of all print-outs (offers, order confirmations, etc.).

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM All documents and print-outs are saved in PDF format and are automatically allocated to the respective customer, offer/order and bookings and can be displayed and printed again at any time. Documents and files, which were not created with CS-BUS (eg. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.) can be added to CS-BUS and allocated to any data. All added documents and files can be displayed and printed at any time. Scanner connection - Scanned documents can be added to CS-BUS and allocted to any data. E-MAILS All E-mails from "inbox" and your "sent objects" can be imported, including attachments. All imported messages can be displayed directly from CS-BUS
DISPOSITION / CALENDAR Visual vehicle and driver disposition Simple (re-)disposition by point-and-click All not yet disposed orders are shown in a list directly in the disposition screen mask. Therefore it is impossible to oversee an order. Automatic notifications on vehicle overbooking or scheduling conflicts.

DRIVER INFORMATION Digital clock in and clock out incl. time recording After the driver logged on to the system, the system shows and prints all routes and / or trips (eg. car rental) related to the driver. The data collected at the time recording can be used for salary accouting and for disposition variance analyses.
